Therapy Approaches
Cognitive Behavioral
CBT can be very affective in helping clients challenge reoccurring or intrusive thoughts and better manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
Faith based Therapy
FBT taps into the client's personal spiritual and/or religious beliefs and can significantly decrease anxiety, depression, hopelessness, grief, and relationship problems by helping to renew faith and inspiration.
Grief Therapy
Therapy for grief, or grief counseling as it is often called, is designed to help you process and cope with a loss — whether that loss is a friend, family member, pet, or other life circumstance. Grief affects everyone differently. It also affects people at different times. During the grieving process, you may experience sadness, anger, confusion, or even relief. It’s also common to feel regret, guilt, and show signs of depression.
Let's Talk
The first step in therapy is talking. Let's find a time where we can meet and talk about what's on your mind.
